We accept credit cards and paypal for payment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free.
Shipments may be subject to the importing country’s policy on customs fees and import duties. It is the responsibility of the recipient to cover these costs.
Please check with your local customs office for further information.

Tax and duty

Your order may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the destination country. These charges are not included in the total amount.

Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when the shipment reaches your country. If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office. Policies on those taxes vary in each country.

If you refuse to pay any of the above duties, VAT, etc., your package will be returned to Japan, but you will be responsible for payment of any costs incurred in the delivery.

Before you pick up your package, please track your package on the shipping company’s website.
Your package may be delivered while you are away and taken back to the shipping company. If your parcel passes the storage period, it will be returned to Japan.
In this case, we will resend the package to you again at your expense.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is approximately 4 to 10 days.

Note: Export to the United Kingdom

Due to UK tax laws, you cannot export less than 135 GBP; you can export more than 135 GBP.

Cancellation Policy

Any unused itemss in original condition with the original packaging may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
To make a return item, please fill out an International Return Form to receive a return authorization number(RMA). Please note any returned item not accompanied by an official RMA number cannnot be accepted.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the product was returned because of our error or damage.
