When will out-of-stock items be restocked?
All our products are handmade.
Unlike industrial products, we cannot set up a detailed production schedule. We cannot predict when an item will be restocked.
My order has not arrived yet.
Please track your parcel on the delivery company's official website before receiving it. Your order may be delivered while you are not there and returned to the delivery company. If the parcel exceeds the storage period, it will be returned. In this case, you will have to pay the shipping fee again before it can be resent.
Can you send my items to my hotel in Japan?
Yes I can.

The Secret Boxes come with printed instructions that illustrate how to open it with a figure.
Can you make custom made products?
No, I can not.
